Live Delighted,
Right Where You Are
It’s time to unload mental fatigue and rescue delight.
Welcome Friend
Your Life is Not a Barrier to Joy
Calling your life “complicated” feels like the understatement of the year. You are sandwiched between raising kids and caring for parents. The information overload and obligations seem never-ending. You aren’t sure where the joy went, but everything feels so noisy and important.
But between the “what ifs” and the “if only” is real hope—what if there was a way to experience contentment and purpose right here and now? To take the life God’s given you and hand it back to Him, and in return, grasp onto the joy He has to offer with both hands?
Through practical, purposeful, and playfully journaling workshops coupled with tender-hearted coaching, we will show you that putting pen to paper will relieve stress, reduce mental fatigue, and renew your purpose. Your life, as-is, is where delight is found. Let’s discover it together, inspiring you to find contentment in your current circumstances.

Hi, I’m Amy
I’m a midlife mom brought back to a delighted life in Christ, and I’m honored to coach you into the same freedom. My life, like yours, is full–with unexpected twists but also with joy and purpose. I know intimately what a complex life looks and feels like. I have also learned through journaling ways to invite God into my everyday life and faith without waiting for my what-ifs or if-onlys.
Despite my self-sufficient nature, God showed me that the only path to His delight is a soft one. It turns out that it takes strength to be soft and courage to be vulnerable. But the joy on the other side? It’s good stuff.
In Jesus, we’ll trade your defeat for delight; no more holding back in fear, resignation, or cynicism.
